The location was top-notch, right by the subway making it super easy to get around and only a short stroll to Times Square. The friendly staff made the stay even better, always ready to lend a hand. The one tiny gripe is that sometimes when we asked for more cups or blankets, they mentioned being short-staffed and we had to pop down to reception to grab them, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, a thumbs up! 👍

Breakfast was hit or miss. Elevators were busy but worked fine for us. A good stay if you're not too particular.

One minor inconvenience during my otherwise enjoyable stay was the unexpected attitude of the staff member at check-out. I was disappointed by the unprofessional response when I requested to split the room charge between two guests.

Let me tell you about the Tuscan bread at Hilton Garden Inn - Chelsea—it's the stuff of legends, trust me. The staff is top-notch, with smiles as big as the city skyline. Plus, the location is like hitting the jackpot—close to everything you could crave. And don't get me started on nearby gems like Wine Disciples Enoteca and Mykonos Bleu's rooftop view.

No in-room safe was a curveball, and the room felt a tad outdated. But hey, the peel in the bathroom paint was minor compared to the feast of flavors outside the door.

bed was completely worn out on one side. you always slide into a hole. it's almost unbelievable that hilton, even if it's only the garden inn, calls it a mattress.

Comfortable bed, although they didn't have any extra blankets. cleanliness is super good. They took care of our luggage both when we came in and when we left.

They didn't have any adapters or power transformers, the employees didn't even know what that was. The very expensive breakfast. American employees didn't bother to speak slower even if they saw that you didn't speak native English.

The location was fantastic, near the train station and downtown. Breakfast was tasty and included. Rooms were cozy. DEFINITELY coming back! Service exceeded expectations - better than on photos.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden in midtown for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, close to the subway and within walking distance to popular attractions. The staff was exceptional, providing excellent service and making us feel secure and calm. The room was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and a pristine bathroom. The large rooms and TV with many stations were a plus. The proximity to Times Square and the city center made it easy to explore, and having Starbucks, a pharmacy, and a Japanese restaurant nearby was convenient. The use of Nutregena toiletries and the comfort of the bed were extra bonuses.

Totally recommend this hotel.

Being in the heart of NYC, this hotel is a convenient base near major attractions and subway stations. The friendly staff and spacious room made our stay enjoyable. The noise and thin windows were a minor inconvenience, and the breakfast options were limited. Despite some challenges like lift delays and maintenance issues, the location and friendly staff were the highlights for us.

The spaciousness of the rooms, we had a refrigerator and microwave, Neutrogena products for the bathroom, additionally, there was coffee, tea and chocolate from 6 / 7 to 10 am and hot apple cider with cookies in the afternoon, all without cost. Excellent attention from the front desk. The only suggestion is that they should have a safe in the rooms. Two subway lines less than 2 blocks away, the area near 34 st, very commercial and Union Sq.

breakfast was delicious, bagels and fresh waffles always available. free coffee to go was also great for the start of the day tour. location was super central, 1 minute away was a subway station. tourists who are good walkers can make the walk to times square very easy and relaxed in 15-20 minutes, madison square garden is even only a few blocks away and can be reached in relaxed 5-10 minutes. reception was always staffed with friendly people who helped where they could and if it was only a tip for eating pizza. rooms and breakfast buffet made a very clean impression.

as good as the situation was, louder it gets of course also in the heart of manhatten. on the 7th floor you can already hear sirens, trucks and garbage trucks a bit clearly. you can also explore a lot on foot.
